TURN AROUND TIME
Each handmade sign is created once the order is placed. Turn around time is 1-2 weeks +Fed Ex ground shipping.
SHIPPING
FedEx shipping charge is based on the size and weight of the package, as well as the distance the package travels. We do not require a signature for packages. If an order is returned as undeliverable or refused, we are not responsible for shipping costs.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
No returns. If damaged, we only replace items in exchange for the same item. Please send an email to carrie@willabeelane.com and mail your item to 777 E. Pinewood Ave., Seward, NE 68434.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs will be refunded for return shipping and credited once received.
CUSTOM OUTDOOR SIGNS
Custom outdoor signs are created with high density urethane. These custom signs are waterproof and will not shrink or swell like traditional wood. For custom orders please email carrie@willabeelane.com.
